It’s highly recommended to the patients to prepare all the necessary medical documents for the first consultation.
For us to evaluate your clinical conditions better, we will need current and past documents.
Necessary documents:

– Clinical tests: allergen tests, blood tests…
– List of pharmacological products (previously and currently administered)
– Past and recent clinical protocols

For the treatment of infants and children, the maternity and paediatric booklet are required.
